Welcome to your perfect holiday getaway in the newly unveiled Phase 9 of the Higueron West development. This stunning ground-floor apartment, facing southwest, ensures plenty of sunlight throughout the day and into the evening.
Our beautifully decorated apartment is designed with great attention to detail, making it an ideal family vacation home. The large garden and proximity to the community pools (less than 10 meters away) make it especially attractive for families with young children. The spacious 35m² terrace provides a wonderful outdoor space for relaxation and enjoyment.
This lovely apartment features two bedrooms for your comfort. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and toilet. The second bedroom has two single beds and a separate bathroom with a shower and toilet. Both bedrooms have lots of closet space.
The fully equipped kitchen has all the modern appliances you need, including an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. Next to the kitchen is the living room, which opens onto the large terrace furnished with comfortable seating and a dining table, perfect for enjoying meals and relaxing outdoors. Inside the living area, you’ll find a TV and free internet access throughout the apartment.
For your convenience, you can access Phase 9 through the front porch or via the underground parking, which includes free parking spaces. An elevator provides easy access from the parking garage to the ground floor.
Phase 9 is ideally located just a 5-minute car ride from the beautiful Carvajal Beach, known for its wide sandy shores, plenty of beach chair rentals, and a variety of restaurants and beach bars. The apartment is also just a 15-minute drive from Malaga Airport, 20 minutes from both Malaga city center and Fuengirola, and 25 minutes from Marbella.
Higueron West is surrounded by a beautiful green belt, perfect for jogging or leisurely strolls. Additionally, there is a children’s playground within 100 meters of the property. On-site amenities include two community pools with sunbeds and loungers, as well as a dedicated kids’ pool.
Next to the Higueron West complex, the Higueron/Hilton hotel offers paddle and tennis courts (available for booking at an extra cost) and a luxurious spa featuring saunas, steam baths, and a hydro massage circuit.

Guests will receive a digital guide before their arrival, detailing everything about the apartment (Wi-Fi codes, appliance instructions, etc.) as well as information about shopping centers, restaurants, and fun activities in the area.
Please note that loud music and parties are not allowed in this area. It is a family-friendly community, and we kindly ask all guests to respect this.
